6.0Il personale giovane, carino ed educato. La struttura è nuova e con arredi moderni. La colazione semplice ma buona, sia con scelta dolce che salata. La posizione è buona. A 10/15min a piedi dalle cose principali da vedere. E vicina ad Haymarket station ben collegata all'aeroporto.
− La stanza era davvero piccola, non c'era lo spazio per tenere le valigie aperte, ogni volta dovevi chiuderle e aprirle e metterle in piedi se no non si camminava. La pulizia della stanza avviene ogni 4 giorni. Non parlo del cambio asciugamani o lenzuola, parlo proprio della pulizia base. Non ti fanno neppure il letto. Non entrano proprio in camera. Un po di disagi dovuti alla ovvia mancanza del bidet che non viene neppure sostituito dalla doccetta. Inoltre non sono venuti in contro ad un errore durante la prenotazione. Ho purtroppo sbagliato la data del soggiorno di 1 giorno e 5 min dopo la prenotazione ho chiamato per poterla cambiare prima che la accettassero. Ma hanno risposto che ormai non potevo più fare il cambio. E avrei dovuto spendere 400 euro di più. Quindi ho optato per il cambio volo.

5.0La souplesse à la réception lorsque nous avons réalisé avoir loué une chambre sans fenêtre(du jamais vu!!). Une autre de remplacement nous a été proposé!
− Qu'on puisse permettre l'aménagement de chambre sans fenêtre et que cela ne soit plus clair lors de la réservation!

Early check-in is available from 12pm instead of 3pm and late check out is available at 2pm instead of 11am is at an additional fee of £15. Subject to availability.
