House undergo renovation. Need a place to sleep for 1 night. Overall I'm okay with this stay.
8.0Location is super, near to Chinatown MRT, a lot of food choice, but mainly Chinese foods.
− Need to climb the stairs to go to room.

− The room was very tight. Not suitable for 3 people. The toilet seat positioning with the shower door was terrible. You can barely sit down as your knees touch the shower door.
