We use this hotel regularly and enjoy the quality provided both regarding accommodation and range of eating offers.
9.0We liked the friendly staff who are always happy to help and advise.
− We had a plumbing issue but it was dealt with swiftly and without fuss. Rooms with views face front or bank to St Pancras - the rear view holds far less appeal in my opinion. It was a shame their Decimo restaurant was being refurbished and was unavailable.
Definitely a place to stay at again.
10.0The receptionist was extremely helpful and cordial. The location was perfect for our needs. It was a bit pricey but that was expected due to it's location and quality.
