Good place to stay if you don’t want to take a shower.
7.0Everything was good. Got a room with a walk in shower which was great for my father who is handicapped.
− Water pressure for the shower was very extremely poor. Worst shower ever. Need better pillows.

10.0Great Location, Free Shuttle & Outstanding Service Convenient Location & Easy Transit: The Route 25 public bus stop is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel entrance. Additionally, the hotel's shuttle service to the airport and downtown is incredibly prompt with very short wait times. 24/7 Lobby Perks: The lobby features a 24-hour beverage station stocked with hot water, hot chocolate packets, and three different types of coffee. Exceptional Front Desk Staff: A huge shout-out to the two ladies (in their 30s/40s) at the front desk! Their service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. I was especially impressed that they honored my elite membership benefits, even though I had booked my stay through a third-party platform. During check-out, they were extremely responsible and made sure our airport shuttle was seamlessly arranged. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
