6.0The gentleman that we interacted with was great. The room was clean.
− However, the water in the bathtub had a constant leak and the dresser drawers were broken. It would have been nice to have access to a pool. There were rips in the backside of the blackout curtains, that allowed the light was coming through.

8.0I liked how it never felt rowdy or unmanaged. It felt not strict but safe, normal and orderly, like people just living their lives unobtrusively next to each other. People seemed respectful and staff were always accommodating to random requests. They trouble shot quickly on my wifi stuff (Ian) and John and Felicia were both very organized and juggled their duties impressively.
− I wish there was an outdoor area or roof lounge where guests could relax and/or work. Just a sort of community park like space.
