7.0Place looed clean and front desk was nice.
− Asked for help with the TV and no one showed up. Finally figured it out. It took about half hour to get the TV to switch channels. Little annoying.

10.0They have a great continental breakfast and convenient soda and snack and ice machines. Fully stocked. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water, shampoo and conditioner and soap and lotion all included. Very pleased with the stay.

3.0Location and clean
− My husband uses a cane there isn't an elevator and they refused to move our room to the ground floor to accommodate his difficulties with stairs. They said they couldn't move us due to what we booked and the price we paid. It was a struggle lugging all of our luggage up stairs. There was also no ice machine on the 2nd floor so again it was a struggle for my husband to get ice down stairs. Unfortunately, we won't stay again for these reasons. Also,they need to fix whatever is wrong with their " temporarily unavailable " swimming pool. It's summer time and an open pool would lovely to cool off and relax in.
