Terrible night of sleep
2.0Had booked room 214 for 2 nights as we would be attending an event. We stayed Thursday night and had a terrible night of sleep as our feet of the bed was higher than our head. My daughter’s bed also was a terrible mattress. So after that night of sleep I notified the desk that we could not sleep in those beds for how terrible the mattresses are and she was very friendly but wished us well and didn’t want to resolve the issue but just say sorry. We chose to not stay the second night and go on our way. Unfortunately with the expensive price and the lack of understanding I would not stay there again and if asked I would never recommend this hotels for others.

− The one elevator was out of service and we didn’t know until arriving. I feel they should be warning guests as I saw multiple times where other guests were struggling to go up & down the stairs. I know the staff can’t f d o anything about it but they should at least warn.
