6.0Warning: The photos showing air conditioning are misleading. Although AC units are present, they do not work, and the fine print in the description claims ONLY FANS are provided. Our group of 9 stayed at Nido Stazione 5 in mid-july. On the positive side, the apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the central train and bus stations. On the third day, our trash was taken out and we were provided with fresh towels.
− The gas water heater needs to be fixed. At times, there was no hot water, and we had to wait 5 to 6 minutes for it to come on.The kitchen cabinets have sagging doors, and some of the chairs were either broken or unstable.There were also ants in one of the bathrooms.
