8.0The room was good, and met expectations. The marble on the floor at the entrance could do with a polish. I reported a low battery level on the safe and a leaking tap, which were both fixed promptly.
− The wifi; in order to access wifi, the user had to give not only his or her name and room number (normal practice), but was then redirected to another page and had to enter name, email, and phone number details. Why is this necessary? The hotel already has this information, and I suspect it's to sell data to a third party. This is the first hotel where I've had to do this, and would be enough for me not to choose a Hilton group hotel in future. After all, there is plenty of choice in the market.

2.0- Overprice with less facilities than others normal luxury hotels - not muslim friendly hotel - Front desk was very slow handling during check in even less 3 ppl - never come again here, so many options nearby
