Great service and a comfortable stay
10.0The employees at this hotel, especially Patti, the general manager, and Arturo, went above to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the hotel is showing its age. Could use a refresh with the decor, but really no complaints the functioning of the hotel itself. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

10.0This hotel is impeccable and the breakfast is very good with excellent fresh options and hot dishes. Very nice amenity. Best part is the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. It is not the newest hotel you can stay in but it is very well cared for and clean and enough updates have been done that it does not feel dated. Highly recommend.

10.0I'm a meeting planner and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is a gem. The staff take great pride in their jobs and do them very well from the cleanliness, to the delicious food, and to the great customer service at the front desk. You can often feel how happy employees are when you walk into a hotel, and this hotel practically gives you a hug when you walk in. The free breakfast is delicious with freshly made scrambled eggs with sauteed peppers & onions, and their Starbucks barista machine can make lattes. There is also an outdoor pool. The location is perfect as it's right by the interstate. We were only 6 minutes from the Legacy West shopping area and 20 minutes from downtown. Once outside the hotel, you can walk to the strip mall next door where there's a Tom's Supermarket, Starbucks, and other retailers. It's an easy walk.
