2.0The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Loose tiles in bathroom, both my husband and I tripped going into the bathroom several times, he almost hit his head on the toilet. Then we could barely open or close the door. Dirty hotel, water stains on walls and ceiling. There are so many hotels in the area. Avoid this place and find a different place to stay!!!

− I was upset that the pool was closed and it wasnt advertised. One of the purposes for me booking this hotel was the fact that i thought it had a pool for me and my family to enjoy. The construction by the hotel wasnt pleasent either but i know thats out of their control.

8.0Amazing hotel. Great location. Staff is friendly. Close to shopping and dining. Just know there are no microwaves in the rooms. Pool is closed and gym is below basic.
Atrocious stay, false advertising.
2.0I made my reservation for this property solely based on the amenities listed on the Hyatt app. There was no notification stating that the pool was down due to maintenance. When I arrived at the property, the front desk worker said that the pool has actually been down for quite a while. 2 out of 3 ice machines broken, I had to search the 5th floor, the lobby, and finally on the 3rd floor I was able to get ice. Breakfast was stated to start around 6:30am, however the real food wasn’t served until 6:45 on a Monday morning when people have to get to work. Properly was also short staffed, which create lines before you can speak to the very young front desk worker. I have been an avid Hyatt supporter since 2018 and a discoverist member for the last 2 years, and I’ve never had a problem with any property other than this one. I will never return.
