6.0Reception simply answers questions with a disinterested look. Provided bottles and extra blanket promptly. Rooms not soundproof to neighboring rooms and the busy street outside. Convenient to shophouses below. Door hard to open with no support from staff. No ramp for stroller. Window in room overlooks empty wall of the building outside. Comfortable air conditioning and clean room. Shower has no door but comfortable temperature controls. Comfortable bed and carpet floor
