8.0È in una bella piazza, la camera è grande e bella. 2 televisori funzionanti, asciugamani per tutti e letti molto comodi.
− Non abbiamo mai visto persone, via chat non rispondevano velocemente alle domande. Avevamo bisogno di mettere una medicina in frigorifero e non c'era modo, abbiamo dovuto chiedere a un ristorante in piazza. Il parcheggio è lontano. Bollitore rotto, finestra rotta

6.0Die Umgebung war sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön
− Im Raum wo die Kinder geschlafen haben, war die Scheibe des Fensters kaputt. Und es war nichts zum verdunkeln da, für Kinder schlecht. Es war kein Fernseher vorhanden, trotz mehrmaligem anrufen wurde keins gebracht. So mussten wir mit den Kindern schlafen gehen. Die Räume waren am Boden schmutzig. Also sauber ist anders

− Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Durante la permanenza abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi legati alla pulizia della camera: gli asciugamani non sono stati sostituiti nonostante il passaggio del personale e alcuni erano sporchi già prima dell'utilizzo. Di conseguenza, in cinque persone abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci con un numero insufficiente di asciugamani puliti. Anche la biancheria del letto presentava criticità: la coperta del letto matrimoniale era sporca e siamo stati costretti a utilizzarne una in meno. A rendere l'esperienza ancora più negativa è stata la totale assenza di assistenza al cliente. Abbiamo segnalato sia un problema relativo al check-in sia le successive problematiche riscontrate in camera, senza ricevere alcuna risposta o supporto da parte della struttura. La scarsa attenzione alla pulizia, unita alla mancanza di comunicazione e assistenza, non ci permette di consigliare questo hotel. Un servizio decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative.
