A great place to stay
10.0This was an exceptional last minute stay while we were stranded in Sicily. There was brilliant communication from the owner and he picked us up from the bus stop and took us to the airport next day , charge was reasonable for this shuttle service. He was very reliable and made us feel very welcome. The property was clean and comfortable and in a lovely part of Palermo- about 10 min walk from seafront and even closer some restaurants in a very beautiful square. Thank you again, we 100% recommend you.

10.0Struttura molto pulita, accogliente e ben tenuta. La camera era comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: abita nelle vicinanze, quindi per qualsiasi esigenza è subito reperibile. Molto comoda anche la macchinetta del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. Inoltre si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito in strada proprio davanti alla struttura.

We booked this property to rest before an early flight, but the constant noise and poor cleanliness made that impossible
1.0Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any positive aspects of our stay.
− Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. We booked this property only to get a good night’s sleep before an early flight, but sleeping was almost impossible. The walls seem to have no sound insulation at all. We could hear every conversation, the TV, doors opening and closing, people walking in the hallway, and even toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. Even after midnight, new guests were being checked in, creating more noise, and every time the hallway light was switched on, the light came directly into our room. The cleanliness was also far below an acceptable standard. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat was yellowed, the shower cabin and shower head had visible dirt, and there was black grime around the shampoo and shower gel dispensers. The bed linen looked old and heavily worn.

− La porta che divide le due stanze della struttura è terribile. Se becchi il tizio che ama guardare la TV di notte ad alto volume (come è successo a me) ti passi la notte ad ascoltare quello che ascolta lui praticamente. Forse è il caso di correggere sta cosa. È un peccato perché tutto il resto è andato alla grande.
