8.0A very high tech hotel. Good waking distance to high speed railway and metro.
− Just an environmental issue. Fresh towels each day do not need to be wrapped in plastic.

5.0地點真的離福州車站很近，樓下吃飯也很方便。房間非常好，空間很大，床也舒適，有書桌可以辦公 (晚上開燈也足夠明亮)。洗澡水壓很足夠，也不會忽冷忽熱。重要的是房間沒有菸味。另一個大優點是可以下午兩點再退房。
− 當天住的是8樓，不知道樓上哪邊來得噪音，就像是有人在拖動家具那種摩擦音，很規律的一陣子就傳來。從入住就開始聽到，但可能白天外面馬路聲音比較大所以覺得還好，當晚上那聲音一直持續到隔天，真的是精神折磨。噪音還有其他房間客房清理的聲音與白天鄰近馬路會聽到喇叭聲。
