3.0The location
− The sofa was broken and the two pax could not sleep there. One of the two bathrooms was in a horrible situation. The bathtub was rusted and the sink was clogged. The cleaning was inadequate. Some of the plates were broken. Even though there were lockers at the lobby we were not informed abd we had to figure out on our own how to store there and only after we asked we provided with relevant info. Also the mattress of the baby's bed was not clean enough so we didn't use it.
