8.0The hotel is pretty good and comfortable. It is very well located, and the staff is helpful. There is parking available right in front, and there is a cold water dispenser at the lobby, which is very helpful.
− The liquid soap is not good, it seemed like it was watered down, which made it very difficult to take a good shower

The staff are friendly and respond promptly, but the hygiene is a big problem.
2.0− I got bed bugs bitten at night so badly that I have to ask for changing room in the midnight 3am.
Good place to stay if you go by car and want to stay super near downtown
9.0Good place to stay at Valladolid if you want to be really near downtown. It has it's own parking lot infront of the hotel where we fortunately got space, maybe it would be good to specify in the reservation before if you want a parking space though the limited space for many cars to park. Rooms where clean, comfy, beautiful, spaceful, I liked to stay here and would stay again. It meeted all my expectations.
