− Booked 'Twin room' for 5 days, the description said it has a private bathroom, but it is not. Asked the host to give us a room with a private bath, but she refused. Asked for a refund, but she refused. "Twin room" DOES NOT HAVE PRIVATE BATHROOM! The bathroom is in the hallway, near washing machine and housemaid's room, you have to lock/unlock it every time you go. During our stay, other people used it as well as housemaid. The room is next to the housemaid's room, where she is sitting all day from 9 to 5pm, talking loudly, walls are thin as paper, so you'll hear all the noise. 'Twin room' DOES NOT HAVE WINDOWS, is very small, no kettle was in the room. Housemaid has a kettle in her room for herself but for customers they are greedy to provide a kettle. Blankets were dirty with lots of hair. During our stay at 12am at night the hose under sink tore, we heard a noise like Niagara falls, water spilled all over the hallway, we were able to lock the switches, but water was leaking till next evening.. Notified the host, but till morning nobody came, the issue was fixed only by evening. The host didn't apologize and once again refused to change the room, despite they had available rooms. The host is rude, she will never refund you, she will argue for every lari, blame you and talk impolitely. The hotel is not safe, door is open, someone knocked our room, asking if we have keys.. All the time strange people were going in and out, despite only 3 rooms are on the 1st floor. Don't recommend this hotel, there are cheaper and better options with private bathroom.
