− Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das gesamte Haus ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt wenig gepflegt. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, mussten wir unsere Koffer selbst bis in den dritten Stock tragen – obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter in der Lobby saßen und niemand Hilfe anbot. In der Lobby standen zudem Kartons herum, während das Personal überwiegend untätig wirkte. Statt sich um Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu kümmern oder Gäste zu unterstützen, hatte man den Eindruck, dass dort lieber herumgesessen wurde. Einen so schlechten Service haben wir selten erlebt. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Obwohl wir bereits kurz vor 8 Uhr dort waren, hielt es eine Mitarbeiterin nicht einmal für nötig, uns zu fragen, ob wir einen Kaffee möchten. Insgesamt fehlte es an Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Schade – hier gibt es in vielen Bereichen deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

9.0В начале июля 2026г проживали в отеле, оценка персонала отлично, пошли нам на встречу и все наши просьбы исполнили, особенно Самат и Милана (если не ошибаюсь), чистота хорошо. недостатки: в номере 303 после душа вода на пол протекает, завтрак немного скромный. Но персонал отзывчий и исполнительный.
Отличный отель. Просторный номер полностью соответствует фото. Замечательный персонал всегда готовый помочь и подсказать
