Aucune aide et aucune sécurité dans notre chambre d'hôtel.
1.0Grande douche et très bien situé, hôtel très proche de la mer.
− Gel douche et savon pour les mains non remplis et la chambre était grande ouverte à notre arrivée, la chasse d'eau qui cesse de fonctionner aléatoirement au soir le deuxième jour de notre séjour, thermostat non efficace malgré la démonstration de comment il marchait, aucun service de nuit : l'accueil est fermé, aucun accès à une cafetière ou à une bouilloire et le pire problème : la porte de notre chambre ne se FERME pas. On doit claquer la porte super fort pour qu'elle se ferme enfin après plusieurs tentatives à chaque fois et même quand on pense qu'elle est enfin fermée, quand on revient on se rend compte en appuyant sur notre porte qu'elle s'était de nouveau ouverte toute seule dans la journée. La serrure de notre chambre est cassée et malgré nos plaintes concernant notre porte de chambre qui ne se ferme pas, AUCUN personnel n'est venu sur place constater le problème, AUCUNE solution ne nous a été suggérée, on ne nous a même pas changer de chambre, le personnel très désagréable nous a juste conseillé de CHANGER d'hôtel, ce que nous avons donc fait. La porte de notre chambre que nous ne pouvons pas FERMER est une atteinte directe à notre sécurité et je trouve cela SCANDALEUX que RIEN a été fait, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles avec ces prix là c'est juste une grosse blague. Si cet hôtel vous propose la chambre numéro 36, n'y aller pas, elle ne se ferme pas. Fuyez cet hôtel.
