Great location, needs an upgrade.
7.0Specious rooms. Good location to central Windhoek.
− The hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room was missing glasses, spoons etc. The towels in my room were old and frayed. The room was not properly cleaned, old soap bars were in the room and was not replaced.

8.0Das Hotel ist sehr gut vom Flughafen aus erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - so wurde uns zum Beispiel ein früher Check-in ermöglicht. Das Bistro direkt nebenan ist hervorragend - eine tolle Auswahl an Frühstücksoptionen und Gerichten sowie Getränken; und auch hier sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung.
