10.0All team members were extremely friendly and helpful. It also close to the old market (600-700 meters away). Our 3-day visits to Angkor Wat etc. were flexibly organised.

8.0For a relatively new hotel our stay was great. The staff are very attentive, more than willing to help with anything including carrying our very heavy suitcases down a flight of stairs! Room was very roomy with a separate shower and toilet. Plus we were upgraded for free to a room with balcony on arrival! Breakfast was fine but the portion sizes could have been bigger. Pool area was really nice and relaxing. We’d definitely stay again.
