A disappointment, advertisement does not match reality
3.0Wifi was fast
− We left 4 days early. Based on the photos, we had different expectations of the property. We already shared the information below in a private message with the owner, and he disagreed with all of it. We filed a complaint with Booking and received a partial refund. For example, there are photos showing what looks like an open restaurant with a fridge stocked with drinks. That implies you can actually go there, but it was closed and looked very neglected. The same goes for the photos of the pool with a swim ring, which suggest a nicely heated pool to relax in. It's true that nowhere does it explicitly state that the pool is heated, but the photos definitely give that impression. In reality, it was freezing cold. There are also photos of, among other things, a playground that's actually at the campsite, a 10-minute walk away. Nowhere is it mentioned that these are photos of the surrounding area. Our kids are too young to walk there on their own. The maintenance of the cottage also left something to be desired: a broken roller blind, a broken drawer unit in the bathroom, a damaged bathroom door, and outdated outdoor furniture without cushions. And...missing curtains in de bedrooms.. So everyone woke up around 4:30 AM every day due to the early Swedish daylight All in all, this is a neglected place. For us, it was a disappointment.

− We never saw nobody. Until they wanted to charge us for the sheets snd towels. I asked to pay as we checked out, but the guy was very insisting on us paying right away. - the reception and restaurant were closed - the pool NOT heated, and the door locked - they charged extra for using the sauna, which i gave up on since it looked and smelled like it had not been used for years - no animals whatsoever on the facility Basically lacking every feature on the photos (except for the trees), snd still ending up paying so much that we could have stayed at a luxurious hotel instead.

7.0Mysig liten stugby, stugan var fräsch och rymlig. Pool och gångavstånd till sjön för de som vill ta sig ett dopp där.
