− Stains on ceilings. Balcony falling apart. Water leaking from ceiling. Clogged toilet. NO PHONE IN ROOM. Safety locks broken on room door. Only one light worked in the room out of 4.

1.0Upon my arrival, I discovered the restroom in a state of disarray, necessitating immediate cleaning. I also noticed potential mold growth on the ceiling of room 101. I was deeply disappointed with the overall experience of my stay. Notably, I was charged a $50 fee upon arrival, which I was not informed about during the booking process.
− The photographs displayed on the booking website were inaccurate, as the room was not available until after 3:30 PM. There is no check-in counter at the Simple Life Motel; we had to use the Flamingo Motel!
