6.0− Tuvimos dos experiencias totalmente distintas. En la cena día 16/7 fue excelente la atención, sobre todo Francisco y Brian. En el desayuno fue de terror la atención Llegamos a las 10,10 y nos recibieron diciendo que teníamos 20’ para tomarlo, ya que el horario es hasta las 10,30. Si el horario es de 7,30 a 10,30, significa que la entrada es hasta las 10,30, si llegamos 10,30 y levantan todo a las 10,30 como nos servimos? Si a las 10,30 levantan todo entonces por lo menos deberían decir que se sirve hasta las 9,30/10. Al margen de que tuvimos que pedir varias cosas que no había en el bufet, siendo que los mozos estaban de charla en la barra. La atención muy mala. Dudo en volver, es un hotel donde pago por un servicio. Gracias

7.0− Cuando llegamos tuvimos que pedir que arreglen la calefacción porque no funcionaba (lo cual hicieron muy rápidamente), el extractor del baño hacia tanto ruido que fue imposible dejarlo prendido y el personal del desayuno parecía estar en un picnic de la fiesta del estudiante por momentos. Es hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas pero no la verdad que NO ES BUENA LA RELACIÓN PRECIO PRODUCTO.
