I would stay here again.
8.0The location was very close to the Chunnel train that we were taking in a few days. This apartment was spacious and the bed was firm and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room table and living room are one open area which was set up nicely. It was nice to have coffee, tea and a few breakfast items and snacks provided.
− The oddest thing that we have never run into before is that the toilet seat was square. It would be difficult for a child or small adult to sit on. Even though we are taller people, it didn't feel quite right. Also, the first night was noisy due to people walking by. We realized in the morning that the window was open at the top and we hadn't noticed it.

10.0Absolut perfekte Ausgangslage für unseren 1. Londonbesuch mit 2 Teenies. Apartment liegt sehr nah an dem Hotel, problemloser Check- in und Check- out, nettes Personal. Apartment sehr sauber, jeden Tag kamen nette Reinigungsleute, die neue Handtücher brachten, Wasser auffüllten, den Müll entsorgten- danke dafür. Zur Begrüßung stand Wein, Obst, Marmelade, Snacks und Wasser bereit, das hat uns sehr gefreut! Falls wir mal wieder nach London fahren, würden wir es sofort nochmal buchen. Wir haben uns die 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche war auch gut ausgestattet und vorallem sauber.

9.0We really liked the small apartment itself. Just minutes from the KingsCross and St. Pancras stations, it was ideal for a home base to begin exploring the city. Lots of room and thoughtful amenities. Would stay here again.
− We found the cleaning staff a bit inconsistent and rather late in the day. Anything we needed was immediately supplied by the front desk at the hotel, and that service was fabulous. This isn't something that would cause us not to visit again.
