− Stanza grande ma molto rumorosa, personale freddo e poco accogliente. Colazione povera, in Inghilterra non trovare un fried egg a colazione ha del paradossale!

10.0Location to Kings Cross was perfect, the style of the hotel was lovely, and I was very impressed with the room especially the sunken bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The hotel was immaculate and I really liked the theme. I'd love to come back and would highly recommend

− Breakfast choices are rather limited. The hotel has a very steep stairs with no lift. It could be a problem for some guests. The staff on this occasion was not particularly welcoming. No "good morning", no smile. Actually they seemed to be very unhappy being there. On the first occasion a few months ago there were different staff and they were much more sympathetic and welcoming.
This is a good small hotel, with good service and nice people in a central location.
8.0Close to St Pancras for the Chunnel. Service was great, people helpful and nice.
