10.0Recently had the opportunity to stay for a business trip and worked in the ballroom. An employee named Adrianna, took us under her wing and made sure we were completely taken care of down to our last need. The amazing part, not even her dept or responsibility, but Adrianna truly went above and beyond making a long couple of days very comfortable! Thank you Adrianna, the service industry could clone you and make a fortune.
Four Points is a comfortable and convenient stay
8.0beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was large and nicely furnished

Poor customer service
2.0I made a reservation at this hotel that was prepaid for 3nights. I called the hotel and informed them that I would not arrive by my check in day due to problems getting through the Atlanta airport TSA with the delays and that I would be arriving a day later. The clerk Derrick that I spoke to on the telephone at their property informed me that he would change my reservation for me with no problem. After driving 11 hours to get there I find out that my reservation was never changed. A different clerk Cindy was at the front desk when I arrived and told me that Derrick does not have the power to change reservations that he was a new employee. She proceeded to argue with me that I had not paid for 3 days when I clearly had an emailed confirmation and receipt. They made it my problem. After over an hour of wasted time and eventually getting to talk to the manager with no resolution on their end she told me that I could find somewhere else to stay. After 2 days of calls I finally got my 3nights refunded to me. DONT STAY THERE

− Disappointed that the bar and restaurant was not open in the evening. When asked about dining options the reception staff didn’t mention the Indian restaurant next door
