7.0Розташування зручне до вокзалу і центру міста, сніданок добрий, гарний басейн. Врахуйте, що навіть при повній оплаті з вас стягнуть "страховий задаток" у 100 чи 200 євро, який після виселення повернуть на картку.
− Не було прибирання в номері. Це єдиний готель у Франції, в якому я зупинявся, де не прибирали в номері. Дивно. Аже навіть сушити рушники немає де. На питання, чому немає прибирання, відповіді не було.

− pas de jaccuzi mais cela avait été signalé à la reservation ,la reservation sur internet ne permettait pas le choix de2 chambres ,ce qui a été possible sur booking,place de parking tres etroite mais presente!!

− Une canicule sans aucun moyen de rafraîchissement en résidence, impossible de dormir . Trop de monde dans les bassins

2.0− L’hôtel était certainement bien dans le temps, très jolie mais vétuste. Ayant pris une suite pour avoir une grande chambre avec douche italienne et baignoire balneo nous avons su, une fois le bain coulé que les balneos sont tous désactivés. Ils nous ont dit que c’était enlevé de leurs site mais c’était assez simple d’aller sur leurs site pour montrer que non. J’appel ça "publicité mensongère".. Je me suis du coup résigné à prendre une douche à la place. Evaluation bouché nous nous sommes retrouvés avec toute la salle de bains inondé. Avec des excuses verbales ils nous ont passé des serviettes pour éponger mais sans démontrer une volonté de réparer et nous débrouiller pour le lendemain matin!! Nous avons signalé l’incident en faisons nous check out mais aucune geste commercial de réparation. Nous nous attendions de mieux pour un 4 etoile…
