Sitio bonito, personal que no sabe o no quiere hacer su trabajo.
5.0La propiedad, el edificio muy bonito, un monasterio antiguo renovado muy bien.
− El personal de la recepcion - frio, el personal de la piscina - una verguenza, el personal del desayuno - sin experiencia. El único chico super bueno fue lo dela barra, siento no acordarme su nombre.
Overall, everything was perfect. The staff was incredible too. The hotel itself was very beautiful and unique. Perfect.

− Las palomas. Tienen un problema a resolver en el claustro. La superficie lo van degradando en corrosion y suciedad. La jardineria. Los setos del claustro y en general estan sufridos. El cesped no esta excelente. Los tiempos de servicio de la comida . Un poco lentos.
