10.0We loved staying here. It was a treat to stay in such a historic building. The hosts were wonderful, so warm and kind. We stayed in the very top suite (l’oisellerie) which involved a lot of stairs, but it was quiet and atmospheric. The bed was amazing, and the continental breakfast with little crepes was very nice. There are excellent restaurants just down the street, and all of the sights are a very short walk away.

10.0Yes, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lot of handmade food from local suppliers. Johanna, was very kind, and answered all our questions, regarding sight seeing, restaurants etc.

The best hotel in Angers
10.0Having never been to Angers before, there’s always a risk in booking, but we were not disappointed in any way. This quaint, charming hotel was fabulous and amazingly quirky. If a step back in time was what we were looking for….. we got it. The fresh breakfast was incredible and great value too. The owners were delightfully chatty and only too happy to help. Cannot rate this place nightly enough
