8.0Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber, was sofort einen positiven ersten Eindruck hinterlässt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großzügige Spa-Bereich, der sehr gut gepflegt ist und viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung bietet. Es gibt zahlreiche Wasserbecken mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturbereichen, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist und man gut abschalten kann. Auch das Essen war durchweg sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Sowohl Auswahl als auch Geschmack haben überzeugt und passten zum Anspruch des Hauses. Der Service hat einen wirklich top Job gemacht. Das Personal was Freundlich. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit vielen positiven Aspekten, besonders im Bereich Wellness und Gastronomie.
− Wir haben dieses Hotel für unsere Hochzeitsreise gebucht und uns sehr auf diesen besonderen Aufenthalt gefreut. Im Vorfeld habe ich das Hotel darüber informiert, dass es sich um unsere Hochzeitsreise handelt. Leider wurde darauf überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Es gab weder eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, geschweige denn ein Upgrade oder eine andere Form der Wertschätzung. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser gehobenen Kategorie hätten wir zumindest eine kleine Geste erwartet, um diesen besonderen Anlass zu würdigen. Das hat unsere Erwartungen leider enttäuscht und hinterlässt einen eher unpersönlichen Eindruck. Zusätzlich waren wir von unserem Zimmer sehr enttäuscht. Der Ausblick bestand lediglich auf eine Gaube sowie auf ein Kiesdach in Beckenhöhe. Auf den Fotos der Buchungsseite war dies leider nicht ersichtlich, sodass die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprachen. Schade, denn bei einem Haus mit diesem Anspruch hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht.

10.0In einem Wort; GENIAL Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Essen vom feinsten, riesen frisches Frühstpcksbüffet , sehr großer Spa und Wellness Bereich. Tolle Bar zum verweilen , z.T. mit live lounge Musik. Sehr sehr sauber.

10.0Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gut gefallen. Ein klasse Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, absolut aufmerksamen und hilfsbereitem Personal. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Essen ist hervorragend!
