4.0Staff friendly. Dirty visible mold in bathroom. Absolutely not worth the $115 a night. We should have stayed at Hampton Inn which is $130 a night. We’ve stayed at Hampton Inn every time we come to woodlands and it is immaculate every time, it is as full this time. Comfort suites should have been $30 a night not $115. Definitely do not recommend, I do not consider myself picky and I rarely leave a comment, however I want to warn y’all.

8.0They are very friendly. The place is decent. Not great but not terrible either. The hot tub has never been hot. The pool was dirty. All in all, not too bad though.

10.0We stay here every time we go to a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion! Close, convenient location.
