− The infrastructure and furniture are showing signs of age and lack of maintenance. The bathroom walls are dirty, the floors are full of lime scale, as are the toilets. The sound proofing is inexistant
À very unique place, an oasis in central Rome!
8.0The place was truly unique and had character. The garden and the pool was a bonus. It was simple but functional and the staff were really lovely.
− It could have scored higher on the cleanliness, maybe it was just a little run down and moldy because of the rain. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Little oasis in the city
8.0Location was ideal, close to great restaurants , walking distance from many archeological sites and bus and metro on the doorstep Staff really friendly Pool was welcome in the heat , breakfast had a good choice , rooms were reasonable size and facilities , the air con worked well and the balcony was great for drying towels and sitting out on
− Lack of coffee facility in the room was disappointing , there was tea bags but this wasn’t replenished and no milk, not a big deal as there was a fridge we could store cold drinks and you could buy coffee from reception . Perhaps the time of year but we got bitten terribly so wise to pack plenty of bug spray and bite relief as this did detract from the enjoyment of our stay in Rome
