8.0Nice friendly staff and clean room. Definitely needs some updates though. Old AC/heater, some paint needed in the bathroom ceiling. Outside needs some sprucing up. Not much curb appeal. My room smelled like smoke although it was a non smoking room. Could be because of old carpet or people smoking outside. The price was good.

10.0Joanna was the best front desk clerk I have encountered. I have stayed in many hotels around the world with excellent personnel, but Joanna was truly the top. She provided wonderful service and hospitality during our stay. She and my wife became Facebook friends.
