10.0Tons of options within walking distance, the staff here are excellent, the Symposium Cafe is attached and guests get 10% off when ordering rooms service or dining in, btw, its great there also. Billial (I hope this how his name is spelt) and Deborah are 2 of the best hotel concierge employees Ive dealt with. They serve you with a welcome smile and they really make you feel at home. They will do their best to try and accommodate your needs. The hotel prices are resonable and Its really good to know that Comfort Inn hotel in Brantford will accept a cash deposit for incidentals. Its frustrating when a hotel will only accept a credit card for incidentals, when will these companies understand that a credit card is a place holder for cash. If you have the cash, what does it matter? Some places turn their nose up on you and make u feel if u have no card, you somehow have no cash. The reason why I have cash is because i dont have credit cards sucking money out of my bank.. Comfot Inn does understand and and probably why they seem to be one of the busiest hotels in town. Keep up the great service guys! I will be back.

10.0The staff here are amazing, Deborah at the feont desk is a great person yo deal with, she makes sure you have everything uou need and if you need anything, she will make sure to accommodate you... the other staff are just a helpfull and nice. Facilities are clean, plenty of pillows and towels. Tons of restaurants and shopping in a close proximity to the hotel.

6.0The carpet smelled of age or the rubber underneath it and it took away from the experience. Wouldn't recommend for those who are sensitive to smell. If they update it, I'm sure it will be better.
