10.0受付のスタッフの皆さんがとても親切に説明をしてくれました。 受付近くに洗濯機と乾燥機があり２４時間いつでも使用可能なのは助かりました。 八王子駅南口は比較的静かですが、夜１１時までアルプススーパーが開いていたり、賑やかな北口のドンキは２４時間 開いていてこれまた便利でした。 チェックアウトの時間を間違えてしまって、スタッフの方に迷惑をかけてしまいました。 特に隣の部屋の音が気になるとかもなく快適に過ごすことができました。

駅から比較的近いことが良かったと思います。宿泊自体は快適ではありませんでした。
4.0− ホテルの客室が狭く、落ち着けなかったです。エントランスも含めホテル自体が非常に狭かったです。その割に、価格が高いという印象をうけました。
