10.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Venise et nous en sommes vraiment ravis ! Tout était parfait, que ce soit la propreté de l’établissement, le confort, la qualité du service ou encore la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié une attention qui a fait toute la différence : notre avion étant arrivé tôt le matin, nous nous sommes présentés à l’hôtel vers 9h30. À notre grande surprise, notre chambre était déjà disponible et le personnel nous l’a remise immédiatement, alors que le check-in est normalement prévu bien plus tard dans la journée. C’est un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié, car cela nous a permis de nous installer et de profiter pleinement de notre première journée. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable : accueillant, souriant, bienveillant, toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Il y a également toujours quelqu’un à la réception, ce qui est très rassurant et pratique. La propreté est irréprochable et nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise tout au long de notre séjour. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

− Das Zimmer war klein und im Badezimmer konnte man nicht aufrecht stehen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Außerdem hört man im Zimmer alles vom Nachbarn einfach schrecklich
