Stay was good, clean, pool was clean.

2.0The cleanliness was alright and outlook was better
− We had a water disruption for 4-5 hours with no backup. I had two small kids and the front desk was unable to answer when it would be fixed. Water was unavailable from 6.30pm onwards. I waited till 9.10pm for it to be fixed and when it didn’t, I had to go out and find alternate for me and my family to use restrooms and cleanup. The TV in the room didn’t work. Bathtub had extremely slow flow of water drain and was almost clogged. The microwave oven was not plugged in and we had to change its position with permission from front desk to move it. Most of all, there’s no customer service and the front desk is not at all friendly or even courteous
