MyPlace Hotel is so much nicer.
2.0Hotel doesn’t clean your room, you have to request it even if you’re on extended stay and it’s been a week+. Front desk is never there during the day or answers the phone and good luck getting anything mailed here if needed.

6.0The overall stay was fine for the price point. Staff was friendly at check-in, the breakfast seemed pretty normal for a continental breakfast, no complaints there. The room was pretty clean, though you can tell there are areas that could be updated. Only con-the pool was closed so we had a very upset toddler who just wanted a swim. This wasn't mentioned on Expedia, otherwise we would have just stayed somewhere else.

10.0Yes!!! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy were hot and delicious!!! The suite was very spacious. Bathroom floor was dirty- had long black hair in the corners. The tub didn’t drain very fast. It could use a few updates.

6.0Property is showing it's age and could've been cleaner. But friendly staff, good coffee (even late in the evening) in the lobby, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Fine, but not great.

2.0Requested refund before unloading luggage into room. Room was filthy. Bedspread had numerous nasty stains and room walls had obvious mold and water damage issues. Hair in bathtub and commode rim dirty. Pictures were taken as proof. I explained that my sister had just had heart surgery and lung issues and absolutely could not be exposed to these conditions. The health department should be alerted.
