6.0Elevators were slow. Shower was kind of dirty. Lay out was fine but there was no bedside table, just a weird cubby above your head to charge your phone.

10.0Clean room and bathroom, nice to have water pet bottles and the amenities for self serve. Can improve on advice for travel to airport - conflicting input on airport limousine availability which can be solved with a simple notice next to the taxi notice … but always enjoy my stay for the convenience and standard of JR hotels

8.0Everything are great. The mattress is too hard for someone with back problems, but if your back is okay that should not be a problem. The washing machines are almost always in use though.
