7.0Thr beds were so comfortable
− One the the housekeepers had her entire family at the pool during the day. They were very disruptive, loud, and had their garbage all over. My youngest daughter was afraid to swim because they were body slamming eachother and dunking eachother in the water. They were very disrespectful to others who were trying to relax and enjoy the pool.

− Our original room smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the receptionist was very kind and gave us the perfect room, free of cigarette smell.
Good price. Close enough to Parkersburg and other communities. Good stopping point for longer travel

− It's getting tired and ready for a good make over. Hot tub smelled like dirty feet & a_s but it also had a lot of children playing in the pool & hot tub

6.0Lobby was beautiful, pool was ok.
− The pool water not very clean and clear. Had particles floating in water. Water was cloudy. Carpet in room was damp and dirty. Mattress felt like laying on a brick.
