6.0Villa molto bella, spazi ampi in camera con bel balcone vista mare e staff molto gentile.
− Si capisce che in passato la struttura era di alto livello ma oggi necessita di una manutenzione straordinaria: nella nostra suite il climatizzatore era molto debole, materassi comodi ma caldissimi e la doccia in bagno totalmente da rifare (getto debolissimo, manopole vetuste e assenza di tenda/porta per evitare di allagare il bagno!).
Great if you are catching a morning ferry
7.0The owner picked us up from the railway station which was incredibly kind. Beautiful view from the property. Room was clean, breakfast was plentiful. Great for one night stay before catching the ferry the next day.
− No plug sockets near the bed but extension cord at the other end of the room. Older property so I guess that is why.

10.0Villa Princi Villa san Giovanni Tout était parfait,de l'accueil de la propriétaire,au cadre de la villa avec superbe vue sur la sicile,en passant par la confort de la chambre,sans parler du petit déjeuner copieux et servi avec beaucoup d'amabilité . Parfait dans tous les sens du terme Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel,mais vous le garanti, allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu,nous nous y reviendrons sûrement . Claudio 19 juillet 2026

10.0Lokalizacja jest idealna do zwiedzania Kalabri, a nawet zasmakowania Sycyli. Stacja kolejowa znajduje się 15 minut od obiektu. Polecam zwiedzenie tego rejonu pociągiem. Właścicielka obiektu jest niezwykle miłą ciepłą osobą, która pozwala poczuć się jak w domu. Dla tej Pani, najważniejsze jest zadowolenie klienta. Otrzymaliśmy też wykaz miejsc wartych zobaczenia. Dziękujemy Francesca za przemiły pobyt Grazie.

− Dommage que c'était mal isolé du bruit, des personnes criaient dans les couloirs et tapaient des portes jusqu'à minuit. Et beaucoup de bruit dehors
