7.0La esencia del apartamento, las habitaciones, decoración y ubicación excelentes.
− La puerta del apartamento no abre de manera correcta y nadie nos avisó, estuvimos un buen rato. El agua de la ducha casi que actúa por capilaridad, no tiene nada de fuerza.
Con encanto pero mejorable
7.0Apartamento amplio, cálido, con encanto y muy bien situado. Parking cercano con tarifa especial.
− Menaje de cocina escaso y mobiliario mejorable, sillas y sofa del salón incómodos.

5.0El lugar es agradable y muy céntrico la pena que es un tercero sin ascensor
− Había obras en el edificio y la escalera estaba llena de polvo que al final entraba en la casa

− Faltaban sábanas
Una experiencia muy agradable.
9.0Un piso curioso, con historia, amplio, con una terraza/balcon en el ático con unas vistas increíbles. Todas las comodidades. El aparcamiento muy cerca.
− La presión del agua en la ducha podía haber sido un poco mayor. El cuidado que hay que tener con puertas, vigas y techos para no golpearte. Todo muy llevadero en cualquier caso.

− El piso de abajo estaba en obras con todo el ruido y el estorbo que supone
