This is one of the worst hotel that I have stayed in in my entire life. Let me start with the positive things that they have .. the room was clean and the internet was good. The bad things: 1- although I have done an online booking, they make me wait for approximately 2 hours before checking in, to check the booking. 2- Most of those work in the reception at this hotel are not polite, untrained, and they don't know how to deal with a customer. They make me feel sick most of the time when I'm dealing with them and for no reason. 3- The left was broken down and I have to carry my own all my luggage to the upper floors since I came from a flight. And I get no assistance from the people who work in this hotel. In short, I felt so unhappy staying in this hotel and I think I will never visited it again even if it is the only hotel in the whole world.

Cheap & cheerful? Not sure bout the latter.

There are 2 properties with the same name at either end of the block. Went to the one in the booking address, staff was adamant that I was at the wrong property. Told me to proceed to the other outlet. Went to the other one and they said that it should be the other property I came from. I was getting sick and tired of being pushed around. I found out they were under the same management so I gave up walking and insisted on the 2nd property which I had already dragged all my stuff to. The staff made a call to their boss and agreed to my request. Room was alright. Small-ish but looks clean. However I spotted some roaches later in the night. On the second day, housekeeping was not done. Had to tell them to do it. Again spotted roaches in the room. Kettle was really filthy and unusable. There was also a fridge provided but it reeked of a strong stench. Wifi was mostly usable so at least that was alright. Will I stay here again? Probably not. Location was pretty good but they really need to up their service and hygiene.
