− Posprzątane bylo tzw. "tylko po łebkach" w wielu miejscach byly pajeczyny np za zaslonami,lampach. Duża plama na kanapie.Niedziałające lampy, przypuszczam przepalone żarówki.

8.0Mieszkanko fajne. Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne rzeczy. szkoda że na tarasie tylko jedno krzesełko i malutki stoliczek.

Miły wypoczynek w fajnym mieszkaniu.
9.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja 300m od plaży, w spokojnej cichej okolicy, bez odgłosów miasta w nocy. Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane, z dużym balkonem z widokiem na jezioro. Miejsce parkingowe na terenie zamkniętym osiedla. Wyposażenie skromne jeśli chodzi o kuchnię, ale wystarczające. Jedyne to zepsuty ekspess do kawy, ale właściciel mógł nie zauważyć pękniętego zbiornika na wodę.
− Wszystko ok. Może poprawiłbym wyposażenie w kuchni o kilka drobiazgów.
