Séjour agréable malgré un pb de réservation
8.0L'hôtel est conforme aux photos. Le personnel était formidable. L'intermédiaire de Hotel.com n'est pas très professionnel ,il nous ont fait une réservation non conforme et ne répondais pas à nos préoccupations. Heureusement Hotel.com et le personnel de l'hôtel ont été formidable......
Du vol! Ne jamais réserver cet hôtel via Hotel.com
2.0Du vol, ne réservez-jamais là bas via Hotel.com: Nous avions réservé et payé via Hotel.com. Ils ont prétendu n'avoir aucune réservation et ont redemandé un deuxième paiement. De plus l'hôtel est à 13km de Kribi et vraiment rien d'extraordinaire. A éviter!
