2.0No shamooo in the container. AC leaked all over the floor. Holes in the hallway ceilings. Room # sign was gone for my room. I stay at this property every summer on my way back to Florida. Never had issues…until now. Never again.
DO NOT DISTURB!!
2.0The hotel was dirty and the staff were rude. I had the do not disturb sign on the door and the front desk clerk started banging at 9:00 am saying that I’d already checked out. I clearly hadn’t and still had both room keys in my possession. Annoyed, I tried to back to sleep but the housekeeper started banging on my door at 10 am and I still had the do not disturb sign up. The front desk clerk claimed to be the manager and would not give me contact information for me to complain to her supervisor. Everything about this place was so awful that I refuse to patronize any Quality Inns ever again.

6.0Stay was fine. Bridge was broken, frozen and leaking. We couldn’t be moved but they laid down towels. Breakfast could use better quality juice.

10.0I have been staying at this hotel a little over a year as I travel to the area on business. From the owner to his staff they have all made me feel at home away from home. A very clean inviting hotel with very nice rooms.
