− There was a lot of incomplete work that was a health hazard, the hot water supply was ridiculously inadequate and poorly maintained

− The rooms weren’t up to our expectations. It was stinking, there were insects dancing inside the room, the handle of the bathroom door wasn’t working. WiFi doesn’t work. Need to work on it.

1.0Very dirsty rooms, looks like were empty for a century dust and dirty walls, no paint no wallpaper, dirty stairs and no cleanliness at all. Comparsblr to hotels near railways which cost only Rs. 500.
