Bonjour Je recommande fortement ce logement de luxe pour un prix raisonnable est bien situé Deux stations de ski à 40 minute market est station d’essence a 5 minute centre-ville 15 minute lac à 5 minute de marche Honnêtement je recommande a toutes les Personnes qui veulent passé un séjour à Annecy Un gros câlin de la part de mes enfants Au propriétaire merci pour l’accueil

Amazing stay and highly recommended!

My family loved to stay at this apartment so much so we even extended our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights. It's new, very clean, and beautiful decorated and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very spacious and it has two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen, a living room and beautiful terrace. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, but we could also walk to grocery stores and bakery to get baguettes and croissants in the morning. The owner of the apartment is very kind and helpful. He provided us the folder which had all information about the restaurants, bakery, grocery stores, and what actives we could do in the area. We could drive to Annecy for dinner and Chamborey for a day trip. My daughters also enjoyed playing tennis at Sevrier tennis club. I could also walk to the lake in five minutes. We could park the car in the gated area and what we love so much about this apartment is it has a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment so its great for an active family who like to bike or play tennis. We had an amazing stay and this is my first time to write a review for any hotel/ apartment and I would give 10/10 for this apartment.
